Requirements:
• Male/ Female
• Maximum age 26 years old
• At least 1 (one) years experience in the same position, preferably at a reputable publications
• Having a university degree (GPA min 2.75) from a well-known university
• Able to speak and write good English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Must have good computer knowledge
• Able to carry out assignments confidently and available whenever needed
• Innovative and creative as proven by his/her past track records
• Present copies of published articles during interviews with the leadership of this magazine

i think the older you get the more experience you have, therefore it would be wiser to recruit all kinds of people with high skills and ambitions regardless of their ages. This is just my opinion, hope it will help.
